At TARRAMTOO, every concrete mould is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged in protective cushioning to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. We take immense pride in delivering joyful, high-quality craft kits for kids and families.

2. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

Because concrete products are solid handcrafted shapes, transit damage is rare. However, if your kit arrives broken, cracked, or with missing paint pots due to transit handling, we will replace it free of charge!

• Notification Window: Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
• How to Claim: Email us at info@tarramtoo.com with your order number/receipt and a clear photo or short unboxing video showing the damage.
• Resolution: Upon verification, a free replacement mould or kit will be dispatched immediately.

3. Purchases Made via Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra

If you purchased your TARRAMTOO kit through official partner marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra, returns and replacements are processed directly through the marketplace portal under their respective return windows (typically 7 to 10 days). Simply log into your marketplace account, visit your orders page, and select "Request Return / Replacement."

4. Returns & Exchange Conditions

For direct orders, custom party packs, or school bulk bundles:

• Items must be unused, unpainted, and in their original packaging.
• Opened paint pots or moulds that have already been painted/altered cannot be accepted for return due to the custom art nature of the product.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Approved monetary refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following item inspection. Replacement kits are shipped free of charge within 24 to 48 hours.
